Bengaluru-based Bluarmor has launched its latest flagship helmet Bluetooth intercom system, the C50 Pro, priced at Rs 24,999. This is Bluarmor’s third helmet intercom product, after the HS1 and C30. The former offers just Bluetooth connectivity, while the C30 has the intercom option.
Bluarmor C50 Pro: What is it, and features explained
The C50 Pro is a helmet intercom system with Bluetooth connectivity, meaning it can be paired to a mobile phone to attend calls and play music, while it can also pair with another helmet system and be used as an intercom device.
In terms of features, the C50 Pro is loaded. Let’s begin with the mounting. The intercom mounts at the rear of the helmet than the traditional side mounting design, which helps with better aerodynamics of the helmet. The device can be connected to two phones at the same time, and multipoint connectivity is compatible with GoPro, the instrument cluster, and a GPS.
Bluarmor claims a 16-hour battery life and customisable lights, which can also be used as hazard lights. Moreover, the new C50 Pro gets OTA updates and gets a second-generation mesh technology for improved communication.
