The KTM 450 Rally Replica, built on decades of Dakar Rally victories, remains the gold standard for dedicated racers conquering the toughest rallies. KTM has decided to let fans get a piece of this rally history as it launched a near identical adventure bike to its Factory Rally version. This model is now open for orders but KTM will produce only 150 units of the limited KTM 450 Rally Replica, plus an additional and ultra-exclusive 5 units of the KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition. The latter version is dedicated to Daniel Sanders, who won 2024 Dakar Rally.Â
KTM 450 Rally Replica: What is it?
The KTM 450 Rally Replica is powered by the 450cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, mated to a six-speed gearbox and a high-performance KTM hydraulic clutch. Built to handle the toughest terrain, it features dual radiators for optimal cooling and a precision hand-welded frame from KTM’s Motorsports facility. Laser-cut, hydro-formed frame sections ensure superb rider feedback, shock absorption, and unmatched straight-line stability, enhanced further by a die-cast aluminum swingarm.
The 2026 model is equipped with three fuel tanks, two at the front and one at the rear with a total capacity of around 34.5 litres. To tackle the harsh terrains, the KTM 450 Rally Replica comes with WP Pro Components the front is fitted with a 48 mm WP XACT PRO 7548 Closed Cartridge Cone Valve fork, secured by CNC-machined triple clamps with a 23 mm offset for superior rigidity. The upper clamp integrates an in-house PHDS system paired with a SCOTTS steering damper. At the rear, a fully adjustable WP XACT PRO 7750 shock ensures confidence, comfort, and durability.Â

The 450 Rally Replica has a specially engineered fairing, aerodynamically optimized to minimize turbulence and reduce fatigue, works in tandem with a carbon fiber navigation tower. This tower integrates smoothly with the KTM rally dashboard, which includes built-in warning lights and mounts for a digital roadbook system.
