KTM has launched the all-new 390 Enduro R in India, priced at Rs 3.36 lakh ex-showroom. This is the first time KTM is launching an off-road-focused motorcycle in India and the new 390 Enduro R is completely road-legal, meaning it can be registered and used on the road. Also, this is the first time India gets an Enduro motorcycle.
2025 KTM 390 Enduro R: Design, hardware, and features
The new KTM 390 Enduro R is based on the same platform as the 390 Adventure, a steel trellis frame. The motorcycle features minimal bodywork and gets a bikini fairing up front with an integrated headlight. The new 390 Enduro R gets a single-piece seat and a small fuel tank.
The motorcycle is suspended by fully adjustable USD forks at the front, a monoshock at the rear, a 21-inch wheel, an 18-inch rear wheel, wire-spoke wheels, and disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle also features a small TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity.

Unlike the new KTM Adventure which has a long list of electronic aids, the 390 Enduro R keeps it simple, but still comprehensive. The motorcycle gets ABS modes including an off-road mode, a dedicated switch to turn off the ABS and a joystick on the left switchgear to toggle through the menu.
2025 KTM 390 Enduro R: Engine specifications
The new KTM 390 Enduro R is powered by the same engine as the new 390 Duke and the 390 Adventure series. It uses a 399cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. The new KTM 390 Enduro R has no direct competition in India and if one is looking for a capable off-roader, the Enduro R is the only answer.
