Honda has updated its middle-weight adventure motorcycle, the Transalp 750. The motorcycle was unveiled in Japan ahead of its official launch later this month. The 2025 Honda Transalp 750 gets several minor updates to its design and mechanicals to offer better touring capabilities and more comfort than before.

2025 Honda Transalp 750 — What are the updates?

The updated Honda Transalp 750 retains the overall silhouette while getting a new front fascia — it gets a twin headlight setup now. Also, the motorcycle gets a redesigned windscreen made from a material called Durabio, an environment-friendly bio-engineered plastic. The change in design to the windscreen keeps the airflow away from the rider, offering better wind protection.

On the mechanical side, the suspension has been tweaked. The front and rear suspension have been retuned to offer better ride quality, be it on-road or off-road. The updated Transalp retains the USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, along with wire-spoke wheels and disc brakes at both ends.

2025 Honda Transalp 750 — What remains unchanged?

What remains unchanged is the engine — a 755cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that makes 90bhp and 75Nm of peak torque with the help of a six-speed gearbox. Honda says that it fiddled with the fuel-injection system to improve the throttle response of the motorcycle, allowing for better low and mid-range power.

Apart from the engine, the motorcycle retains the TFT instrument cluster, switchgear, and electronic package of the motorcycle. The Transalp gets a new colour — Pearl Deep Mud Gray. Expect Honda to launch the updated Transalp in India soon, and when launched here, it will compete with the KTM 890 Adventure R amongst others.
