2025 Honda SP 160: What’s new?
Recently, the Japanese bikemaker launched an updated iteration of SP 125 a couple of days ago and the same set of updates have been carried forward to the SP 160. The front fascia receives small tweaks to give it a sharper appearance. For starters, the 2025 SP 160 gets a muscular fuel tank with sporty shrouds that lend a muscular profile to the motorcycle.

It gets a slightly more angular headlamp cluster which now gets LED illumination. The taillamp too is now an LED unit. The updated SP 160 is available in four colour options: Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, and Athletic Blue Metallic. The previous model was available in six shades.
In terms of features, the 2025 SP 160 gets a 4.2-inch TFT display instrument panel that packs Bluetooth connectivity with call and SMS alerts. Other notable features include USB Type-C charging port and Honda RoadSync app that allows integration of the smartphone to the instrument panel, offering features such as real-time turn-by-turn navigation and music playback.
Like the SP 125, the SP 160 continues with the same engine but it is now OBD2B compliant to meet the upcoming government regulations. It is powered by the same 162.71cc, single-cylinder engine which now churns out 13 bhp and 14.8 Nm of peak torque, a marginal drop of 0.2 bhp. This motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
