Bajaj has launched the 2024 Pulsar N250 in India, priced at Rs 1.50 lakh ex-showroom. The new Pulsar N250 gets numerous updates in terms of hardware and features, however, it carries forward the same design as the earlier model.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250: What’s new?
On the design front, there are no changes as the new Bajaj Pulsar N250 carries forward the single headlight design with DRLs on either side. The motorcycle retains its muscular tank design, along with the tank extensions, an underbelly fairing, and the side-slung exhaust.
Moving on to the hardware department, there are a few notable changes here. First up are the USD forks, which replace the traditional telescopic ones from the previous-gen motorcycle. The rear continues to get a monoshock and the wheels are 17-inch units. The new Pulsar gets disc brakes at both ends with ABS.
That brings us to the features, as the new Pulsar N 250 gets three ABS modes: Rain, Road, and Off-road. That said, the N250 also gets a traction control system, a first for a motorcycle in this segment, which can be switched off only when in off-road mode.
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 also gets a new digital dashboard, an LCD unit, that allows phone connectivity. It can display notifications and also has turn-by-turn navigation, similar to the other Pulsar models that have seen an update.
Powering the motorcycle is a 249cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 24bhp and 21.5Nm of peak torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox via a slip and assist clutch.
