Premier Farnell, the leading multi-channel, high service distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals worldwide, has announced two new appointments in the Asia Pacific region.
Greater China
Edmond Chu is Managing Director for Premier Electronics, a Premier Farnell company in the Greater China region.
With more than 25 years of experience in the global and regional electronics industry, Edmond was formerly the Vice President of Sales, China & Hong Kong at Arrow Asia Pacific Ltd.
Commenting upon his new appointment Edmond said, ?The Premier Farnell team in Greater China has done extremely well in establishing the firm as a leader in the multi-channel, high service segment and I am honoured to be part of such a stellar team. Prior to joining Arrow, Edmond served in various professional and management positions at Tektronix, Siemens and AVX/Kyocera. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Hong Kong University and a Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
