IPL Auction 2025 Players List MI: Mumbai Indians made a significant move at the IPL Auction 2025 in Jeddah, securing Trent Boult for Rs 12.5 crore, marking his return to the franchise. Boult, who had a base price of Rs 2 crore, was MI’s sole acquisition on Sunday.
In addition, Mumbai strengthened their squad by signing Naman Dhir for Rs 5.25 crore, Robin Minz for Rs 65 lakh, and Karn Sharma for Rs 50 lakh.
Naman Dhir was at the center of a heated bidding war. The battle started at Rs 1 crore between RCB and MI. DC and RR later joined, pushing the bid to Rs 3.40 crore. Just as it seemed Dhir would go to RR, MI used their RTM option, securing him for Rs 5.25 crore.
Dhir, who debuted for MI in 2024 after being signed for Rs 20 lakh, scored 140 runs at a strike rate of 177.21, including a half-century.
Robin Minz, the first tribal player in IPL history, joined MI for Rs 65 lakh. Minz was previously with GT but missed the 2024 season due to an accident.
