Located in Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, The Great Kabab Factory brings kababs from all over the world to one table, in a sit-in buffet set up. Using recipes combining the ancient with the contemporary, the kababs are prepared in different styles such as roasted on the tandoor or on a singhri, shallow-fried in a tawa or a mahi tawa, deep-fried in a kadhai, steamed in pots, or even grilled on a stone. The restaurant owns a recipe bank of over 450 vegetarian and non-vegetarian kababs. Their signature kababs include galauti kabab and burra kabab.
