The SEBI chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch today launched two new multi-lingual initiatives of CDSL. The first initiative named ‘Apka CAS – Apki Zubaani’ enables the investors to download and view their consolidated account statement in 23 different languages, according to a press release.
The second initiative is a multi-lingual chatbot on CDSL’s website that assists in four different languages as of now, named ‘CDSL Buddy Sahayta 24*7’.
“Guided by our core value of inclusivity, these new launches are a key milestone for us. Inclusive Trust is that one driving force which we see as CDSL’s core ethos as we journey from Silver to a Century. Our aspiration is to venture into every realm necessary to build and elevate Inclusive Trust,” said Nehal Vora, managing director and chief executive officer of CDSL.
“Whether it entails leveraging technology to empower each investor equitably, fortifying secured access to platforms, or empowering investors to achieve self-sufficiency through effective financial education and tools transcending language barriers – our vision is clear. The only language we speak is that of inclusive trust, envisioning a united CDSL, where our ethos resonates with unified trust,” he said
