The week ahead is set to be an action-packed one for IPO investors. Two fresh issues will open for subscription on the mainboard front, while three new offers will hit the SME space. At the same time, as many as eleven companies are lined up to make their stock market debut. Let’s take a look at these upcoming IPOs

Mainboard IPOs coming up

Two mainboard IPOs will open for subscription next week – Euro Pratik Sales and VMS TMT.

Euro Pratik Sales IPO

Euro Pratik Sales, a decorative wall panel maker, is opening its Rs 451.31 crore IPO through a complete offer for sale by its promoters. The issue will be open from September 16 to September 18. The issue has a price band of Rs 235-247 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum lot of 60 shares, requiring an outlay of Rs 14,820.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 19, with demat credit by September 22. Listing is scheduled for September 23 on both BSE and NSE.

VMS TMT IPO

Gujarat-based steel bar maker VMS TMT will open its IPO on September 17, closing on September 19. The company plans to raise Rs 148.50 crore through a fresh issue of 1.5 crore equity shares. The price band is fixed at Rs 94–99 per share.

The allotment is likely to be completed on September 22, and the listing is slated for September 24 on both exchanges. The proceeds will go towards corporate purposes and debt repayment.

SME IPOs to watch

Alongside the mainboard, the SME space will also see three IPOs opening for subscription.

TechDefence Labs IPO

Cybersecurity firm TechDefence Labs will launch its IPO on September 15, closing on September 17. The Rs 38.99 crore issue is entirely a fresh issue, with a price band of Rs 183–193 per share. The company’s shares are set to debut on NSE SME on September 22.

Sampat Aluminium IPO

Sampat Aluminium will open its IPO from September 17 to September 19. The company aims to raise Rs 30.53 crore via a fresh issue. The share of the issue priced between Rs 114 to 120. Its listing is expected on September 24 on BSE SME.

JD Cables IPO

JD Cables will enter the market with a Rs 95.99 crore issue. It combines both fresh equity and an offer for sale. The IPO will be open from September 18 to September 22. It has a price band of Rs 144–152 per share. Shares are scheduled to list on September 25 on BSE SME.

Beyond fresh issues, next week will be equally eventful on the listing front, with 11 companies debuting across exchanges.
