The Inox Wind IPO was subscribed 0.59 times on the second day of bidding. The IPO received bids for 1.37 crore shares against 2.32 crore shares that are being offered, stock exchange data showed.

The institutional investors’ category was subscribed 55%, while the retail book was subscribed 77%. The R1,000 crore-plus issue will close on Friday. The company raised R306 crore by selling 94.25 lakh shares to institutional investors via anchor allotment.  Shares were allotted at R325 per share to anchor investors.

Goldman Sachs India Fund, Swiss Finance Corp (Mauritius), Indus India Fund (Mauritius), IDFC Infrastructure Fund and Sundaram Mutual Fund A/C Sundaram Equity Multiplier, are among the anchor investors.
