The latest block deal in focus – 33.34 lakh equity shares of Go Digit General Insurance changed hands on June 4 at an average price of Rs 300 a share.
Peak XV Partners Growth Investments III sold a total of 33,33,500 shares. The buyers were Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and JP Morgan (Taiwan) Eastern Technology Fund.
Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund bought 21,66,667 shares at a weighted average price of Rs 300, while JP Morgan acquired the remaining 11.67 lakh shares at the same price.

The company’s net profit rose more than 28% year-on-year to Rs 149 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26. Its revenue from operations (net premium) came in at Rs 2,301 crore, flat YoY.
Meanwhile, gross premium written saw a 6% increase in the quarter to Rs 2,736 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 2,576 crore in the same quarter a year back.
Motor insurance remained the company’s largest segment, contributing Rs 1,500 crore in net premiums, followed by health insurance at Rs 363 crore, along with fire, corporate, marine, crop, and other segments.
The company’s income from investments surged 20% YoY to Rs 341 crore in the last quarter of FY26 from Rs 288 crore in Q4 FY25.
