After the result is declared, students can register for objections on the UP Board Result 2025 complaint centre.

Students after passing the UP Board High School examination, they can pursue either of the chosen streams after enrolling in Class 11. Students can opt for – Science, Commerce or Humanities.

Candidates who pass the examination can also pursue alternate Diploma courses like Polytechnic, ITI or other skill-based programs. Such courses provide hands-on training and opens job opportunities.

The UP Board will release the UPMSP Class 10, 12 results 2025 on the official UP Board website at upmsp.edu.in. After the results are announced at the press conference, many students are naturally expected to log on to the official websites, making it hard for some to access their results online, as there are more chances of the website crashing. Students are advised to keep calm and keep checking via alternate methods in the meantime, like the Digilockeror via SMS or via Umang app.

Students need to score at least 33 per cent marks to pass the exam. After the results are officially declared, those who are not happy with their marks can apply for a rechecking or scrutiny of their results.

On February 24, the UP board had postponed exams in Prayagraj because of the Kumbh Mela, which attracted a large number of devotees to the city. The decision was taken to help students and officials avoid any difficulties caused by the heavy crowd during the event. New exam dates were later announced for the students whose papers were affected.

Students who fail in more than two subjects in the UP Board Class 10 exams will be considered unsuccessful and will not be eligible for compartment exams. However, students who fail in one or two subjects can appear for compartment exams. Class 12 students who are expecting low marks can also apply for supplementary exams after the results are declared.

The number of students skipping exams has decreased in recent years. For the current session, a total of 54,37,233 students had registered for the High School and Intermediate exams. Out of these, 51,34,725 students appeared, while 3,02,508 students (5.56%) were absent.

The UP Board will announce the Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Intermediate) results today at 12:30 PM. Students who do not pass in one or more subjects need not worry, as they can appear for the compartment exams. These exams will be held a few weeks after the results are announced.
