Academic Delegation from Pukyong National University, South Korea, comprising of professor Jang Young Soo, president, Prof. Kim Hyun-Woo, Provost of International Affairs and professor Fazhurrahman Khan, Institute of Fisheries Sciences, Pukyong National University visited Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida Campus. On this occasion an MoU was signed between Pukyong University South Korea and Amity University for promoting research collaboration, as per the official announcement.
“Pukyong National University has four Campuses including Daeyeon Campus focused on education and research, Yongdang Campus for Industry-University collaborative research, Gijang Campus for the Institute of Fisheries Sciences and Goseong Campus for the Marine Science and Technology Center.This is the first time that we are collaborating with an Indian University and we are glad to choose Amity as our partner, since it is a globally recognized, prestigious institution, which not only imparts high quality education but also focuses on human values, cultural ethos and world development through science & technology,” Prof. Jang Young-Soo, President, said.
Presenting a brief overview of Pukyong National University, Prof. Kim Hyun-Woo, Provost of International Affairs, said, “We would like to collaborate with Amity University since both Pukyong National University and Amity share common values, thoughts, beliefs and ideologies. Student Exchange Program, International Dual Degree, International Summer School, International Students Support Programs, and Korean Language Programs are some of the areas where we aim to foster strong ties with Amity.”
