IIM CAT Response 2024 Highlights: Answer Key released today at iimcat.ac.in; Calculate your score on CAT percentile predictor

The validity of the CAT 2024 score is till 25 December 2025. For all the details regarding this, candidates are advised to check the official website.

As the CAT Answer Key has been released, candidates will wait for the results which are expected to be out by the second week of January 2025. The shortlisted candidates’ names will be displayed on the websites of the respective IIMs. The chosen candidates receive interview letters directly from each IIM. The process that will be followed for shortlisting the candidates will differ across IIMs.

The CAT 2024 percentile can be calculated by totalling the percentile score secured by the candidate with the rank of the candidate allotted based on the scaled CAT score, the number of total candidates who have taken up the examination and then it is multiplied by 100.

The CAT 2024 Answer Key consists of the following details:

Question number, all the options for the answer, slot information, and details of the examination.

Candidates can apply for CAT 2024 for unlimited time. The entrance examination is conducted to select students for admission to management programs offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) and to other business schools.

The CAT Centre has also released a notice regarding fake websites for CAT registration. The fraudulent websites are asking for personal details from the students. Candidates are requested to be aware and cautious and only rely on the official website for all the details.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has released the CAT 2024 response sheet and answer keys today. Candidates will now be able to check it on the official website: iimcat.ac.in.

CAT 2024 examinations were conducted on November 24. The examinations were conducted in three shifts. The first shift began at 8:30 am and lasted till 10:30 am, the second shift commenced from 12:30 pm and went on till 2:30 pm and the evening shit started from 4:30 pm and concluded at 6:30 pm. Candidates were able to appear for the examination at 389 centres, with an option to take up the paper from 170 cities across India.

Candidates can object to any question by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the iimcat.ac.in and click on login

Step 2: Fill up the details by entering login ID and password

Step 3: Locate the objection tab

Step 4: Click on the question number you want to raise an objection for.

Step 5: Enter all the required details

Step 6: Support your objection with related documents and upload them.

Step 7: Submit the processing fee

The objection window will open once the answer key is released. Candidates who want to object to any question will need to submit a processing fee for the same.

The result for CAT 2024 is expected to be announced in the third week of December. Final results will be compiled based on the revised CAT 2024 Answer Key.

Step 3: Fill up the CAT login ID by using password.

Step 4: Locate the CAT 2024 response sheet or answer key tab
