During result publication, APSCHE will utilize a normalization process to convert raw scores and establish a rank list. In the event of two or more students achieving identical marks, the council will implement a tie-breaking rule. Priority will be given to candidates with higher scores in Mathematics, Physics, and Qualifying Exams, as well as those who are older.
In the previous year, APSCHE introduced the normalization process to address variations in difficulty levels across different sessions and to ensure fairness for all students. Through this procedure, marks are adjusted to mitigate the impact of differing difficulty levels. This may involve slight decreases in marks for easier sessions and marginal increases for more challenging ones, balancing the overall outcome.
