PM Modi mega rally in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal highlights: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the people of Jalpaiguri today said that the state government under Mamata Banerjee did not bother about the people of the state, Slamming the state government hs said that the sate chief minister wanted to become the PM of the country but never bothered about the people.
