A day after his TV comedy show judge Navjot Sidhu launched his political front Awaaz-e-Punjab, Kapil Sharma today took a jibe at PM Narendra Modi, questioning the ‘achhe din’ claim after he was allegedly asked by BMC officials to pay bribe for the ongoing construction work at his new work place. In an angry tweet, Kapil tagged the PM questioning the ‘ bribe’ he was asked to pay for the construction of his new work place. Kapil said he pays around Rs 15 crore income tax every year, yet he needs to pay a Rs 5 lakh bribe to the BMC to build his office. BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) is the civic body of Greater Mumbai.
