PangongTso-insidePangong Tso is a saltwater lake in the Himalayas, located at a height of 4.250 metres – the highest salt water lake in the world. However, just a quarter of the134 km-long lake lies in India, the rest is located in Tibet. The lake is surrounded by Pangong Range to its south. One can have a beguiled view of Tibet from the lake.
