The South Western Railway has announced significant disruptions to train services due to track settlement and sinkage at Bhima Bridge in the Hubli Division. As a result, several trains have been cancelled, and others will experience diversions over the next few days.
Cancellations
- Train No. 17030: Hyderabad to Vijayapura, cancelled on September 30 and October 1.
- Train No. 07663: Vijayapura to Raichur, cancelled on October 1 and October 2.
- Train No. 07664: Raichur to Vijayapura, cancelled on October 1.
- Train No. 17029: Vijayapura to Hyderabad, cancelled on October 1.
Diversions
Passengers are advised of the following diversions for certain trains:
- Train No. 17319: Hubbali to Hyderabad will be diverted via Gadag-Bellari-Guntakal Bypass-Raichur-Wadi, skipping stops at Hole Alur, Badami, Bagalkot, Almatti, Vijayapura, Indi Rd, Hotgi, Ganagapur Rd, Kalaburagi, Shahabad, and Wadi. This diversion is applicable on September 30 and October 1.
- Train No. 17320: Hyderabad to Hubbali will also be diverted via Sulehalli-Raichur-Guntakal Bypass-Bellari-Gadag, skipping stops at Wadi, Shahabad, Kalaburagi, Ganagapur, Hotgi, Indi Rd, Vijayapura, Basavana Bagewadi, Almatti, Bagalkot, and Badami. This will affect services on September 30, October 1, and October 2.
- Train No. 16217: Mysuru to Sainagar Shirdi will be diverted via Bellari, Guntakal, Wadi, and Hotgi, bypassing Bellari Cantt, Hosapete, Koppal, Gadag, Badami, Bagalkot, Almatti, and Vijayapura on September 30.
- Train No. 16218: Sainagar Shirdi to Mysuru will also be diverted via Hotgi, Wadi, Guntakal, and Bellari, skipping stops at Indi Rd, Vijayapura, Almatti, Bagalkot, Badami, Gadag, Koppal, Hosapete, and Bellari Cantt on October 1.
