Wipro Q4 Results 2025 Today: IT major Wipro saw its net profit rise 25.9% to Rs 3,569.6 crore during the final quarter of FY25. The company said that voluntary attrition was at 15.0% on a trailing 12-month basis. Meanwhile the total headcount stood at 233,346 — up by 614 from 2,32,732 in Q3FY25.
“We closed FY25 with two mega deal wins, an increase in large deal bookings, and growth in our top accounts. Client satisfaction scores improved, reflecting strong execution and engagement. We also continued to invest in our global talent and in strengthening our consulting and AI capabilities. As clients remain cautious in the face of macroeconomic uncertainty, we’re focused on partnering closely with them while staying committed to consistent and profitable growth,” wrote CEO and MD Srini Pallia.
The company saw profits rise 18.9% to Rs 13,135.4 crore for the full FY25 while revenues for the full fiscal year tanked 0.74% to reach Rs 89,088.4 crore.
According to the Q4 results released by the company on Wednesday, Wipro saw its employee headcount rise by 614 employees between January and March this year. The voluntary attrition rate however reduced to 15% on a last-twelve-month-basis during Q4 — from 15.3% in the previous quarter.
The senior management of Wipro is also scheduled to hold a conference call at 7:00 pm on Thursday (after the results announcement) to discuss the performance and field questions.
