Premier Energies, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company, has announced that its subsidiaries have collectively bagged fresh orders worth Rs 2,703 crore. The contracts, received from both new and existing customers, are for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and cells.

Order pipeline worth Rs 2,703 crore

The orders represent an aggregate capacity of 2,059 MW and will be executed during FY26 and FY27. “Orders aggregating to Rs 2,703 crore have been received and accepted for the supply of a total of 2,059 MW of solar photovoltaic modules and cells,” Premier Energies stated in its regulatory filing.

Execution timeline spread over FY26 and FY27

The orders were awarded by well-known independent power producers (IPPs) and other domestic customers. The company clarified that these are one-time contracts, and none of its promoters or group companies hold any interest in the awarding entities.

According to the company, the supply agreements will be executed over the next two financial years.

The share price of Premier Energies has given a thumbs up to the order win. It has gined over 1% in intra-day trade. However, the stock is down 24 per cent so far this year .
