Mtar Technologies has secured fresh international contracts worth Rs 386 crore from Bloom Energy Corporation in the clean energy space. The company, in its regulatory filing, said that orders worth $23.28 million (about Rs 204.86 crore) are scheduled to be executed by March 2026. An additional $20.59 million (around Rs 181.20 crore) will be completed by June 2026. This brings the total contract size to $43.87 million, approximately Rs 386.06 crore.

Bloom Energy is an existing international customer for Mtar Technologies and the orders are in continuation of its regular business in the clean energy sector.

The share price of Mtar Technologies has seen a significant decline, dropping 15.58 per cent so far this year.

Mtar clarified that its promoters and promoter group do not hold any interest in Bloom Energy, the entity awarding the contract.

MTar Technologies: Strong order inflow in FY25

MTar Technologies, a Hyderabad-based precision engineering company, reported in its Q1FY26 that it has received orders worth ₹620.9 crore so far in FY25.

The company reported a sharp jump in profit in the June quarter. profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 10.8 crore in Q1 FY26, up 144.2 per cent from Rs4.4 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 14.8 crore, registering a growth of 138.7 per cent year-on-year.

Revenue from operations came in at Rs 156.6 crore, a rise of 22.1 per cent compared to Rs 128.3 crore in Q1 FY25. Strong execution across clean energy and other sectors supported the top line.
