IT solutions provider Mphasis reported a 10.79% increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 469 crore for Q2FY26. This is compared to the company’s Q2FY25 net profit of Rs 423.3 crore in the year-ago period.
The Bengaluru-headquartered company’s revenue from operations rose 10.34% YoY in Q2FY26 to Rs 3,901.91 crore from Rs 3,536.14 crore in Q2 FY25.
Key highlights from the Mphasis Q2FY26
On a sequential basis, Q2 profit rose by 6.18% and revenue increased by 4.53%. The company recorded new TCV wins of $528 million in direct, of which 87% is in new-gen services. Total income stood at Rs 3,976.5 crore.

Another strong quarter of total contract value (TCV) wins of $ 528 million is a testimony to our AI first approach delivering business outcomes, across diverse industries,”said Nitin Rakesh, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mphasis. As much as 87% of the deal wins were in new-gen services, the company said.
The company noted that it has reported its highest-ever revenue and EPS, with growth led by the insurance and TMT verticals. The BFS momentum continued with a 13.8% YoY growth.
