Kalpataru Projects International Ltd, one of the EPC players in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) and civil infrastructure sector, along with its international subsidiaries have secured new orders worth approximately Rs 989 crore.

The company said that new orders include projects in the Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector in the overseas market.

Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO, KPIL, said, “We are pleased with the new order wins in our T&D business. We are particularly enthused by the traction in our T&D business over the past few years on the back of increased demand for grid infrastructure globally.”

With these new orders, the company’s order intake till date in FY26 has reached to approximately Rs 7,150 crore. 

Shares of Kalpataru Projects were down 1.95 per cent at 12:00 today at a trading price of Rs 1,205.00. 

Earlier in May, Kalpataru Projects released its fiscal fourth quarter earnings report with profit at Rs 225.4 crore, up 37.2 per cent on-year from Rs 164.3 crore a year ago, supported by healthy execution across segments. Revenue, meanwhile, had posted a growth of 18.3 per cent on-year.
