They were joined by the heads of various training units and establishments, as well as representatives from IHQ MoD(N) and all three Commands of the Indian Navy. The unique aspect of this year’s event was the blending of both physical and virtual attendance modes, accommodating the changing dynamics of our modern world.

This served as a platform for all agencies involved in training officers and sailors in the Indian Navy to address the evolving challenges posed by the maritime environment. In-depth discussions focused on harnessing cutting-edge technologies to effectively meet operational challenges.

The event featured the highly anticipated release of the comprehensive Training Compendium, a vital resource for the Indian Navy’s training efforts. Additionally, it marked the unveiling of Online Feedback Management System version 3.0, a testament to the Navy’s commitment to enhancing training methodologies.
