YesMadam, a home salon and wellness brand, recently facilitated a customised birthday experience for a customer’s friend, incorporating a spa session, live music, and gifting elements.
The customer, Samarth, had requested a home spa session as a birthday gift. Following his message, the YesMadam team planned a larger surprise. On the scheduled day, the service included a beautician for the spa, a live guitarist performing a song, a cake, a beautiful note handwritten with love and curated gift hamper.
The activity was recorded and later shared online in collaboration with Instagram page @officialpeopleofindia. The campaign attracted engagement on social media platforms.
A spokesperson from YesMadam said, “Marketing took a backseat when we were planning this. We wanted to listen and create space for love, for friendship and care that goes beyond the usual.”
The initiative was not tied to a commercial campaign but aimed to deliver a customised customer experience. YesMadam provides on-demand beauty and wellness services at home and has been experimenting with customer-led activations for brand engagement.
