WebEngage, a SaaS provider of Customer Data Platform and engagement products, has announced the appointment of Sanjay Prasad as Vice President, Global Head of Channels and Alliances. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and digital marketing agencies across regions.

Prasad has over two decades of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, particularly in the BFSI and technology sectors. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Pune University and an MBA from IBMR. His previous roles include leadership positions at IBM, HP, Oracle, Red Hat, LeadSquared, and MoEngage, where he focused on partner networks, regional growth, and go-to-market strategies across MEA and APAC.
