Chennaiyin FC has roped in international sports news portal Melbat as its principal sponsor until the end of April 2024.

As part of the partnership, Melbat’s logo will be featured on Chennaiyin FC’s playing and training kits, stadium, entry tickets, social networks, club’s website, TV channel, and the team’s official app.

“The Melbat partnership is important to our club. The agreement will help us attract new fans and fan engagement is key for the club’s development. Our fan base all over the globe will be able to connect with the club as well as our players in an interactive way,” Ekansh Gupta, vice-president, Chennaiyin FC, said.

The association will also witness engaging, collaborative activities between the two organisations on Melbat’s social media pages.

“The agreement with Chennaiyin FC will be an important part of our strategy to support sports in India. A principal partnership with a popular team is an opportunity to attract new readers’ attention to the Melbat sports portal. We plan to thoroughly cover CFC’s performances so their fans can quickly receive all the important information about the squad’s successes,” said a Melbat representative.
