What is the one thing you like to do when not working?

When I am not at work, I make it a point to exercise or play a sport. It’s not just about staying fit, but it really helps me feel energised and more productive when I return to work. Since golf is one of my favourite sports,  you will probably find me on the course during my free time. It requires a combination of technique and skill that enhances agility and serves as one of my biggest stressbusters. My day would not be complete without these various forms of physical activity, which have become an integral part of my routine.

How do you spend your weekends?

I really like to unwind and recharge on weekends. I love catching up with friends and going out for a good meal. Sharing stories and laughter with friends and family over good food is fun. When I am looking for some quiet ‘me time’, I enjoy settling down with a good book. Sometimes I also watch interesting and engaging shows on TV. I think these simple leisure activities help me start the new week refreshed and rejuvenated.

What are your favourite gadgets?

My Whoop Fitness Band is my favourite companion these days. For me, it is more than just a gadget. I like to constantly monitor various health-related metrics that help me track my wellness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This data-driven approach to health and fitness has really helped me optimise my daily routine.  Through this gadget, I can track my sleep quality, diet, and other important health parameters on-the-go. This comprehensive monitoring helps me make informed choices about when to push harder in workouts and when to focus on recovery.

Given an option to choose another career, what would it be?

If I had to choose another career path, I would probably be a professional football player. I started playing football in my childhood days. I have even played competitive football for my school for 10 years. It was a very important part of my life. I still love watching and playing it occasionally. This game has taught me so much about teamwork and leadership that I still apply at my work.

Which is your favourite vacation spot?

The Maldives is my all-time favourite vacation spot. There’s something magical about this place. The pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and the serenity of the islands help me keep away from the busy world. It is the perfect place for me to reset myself. The cuisine and hospitality of the Maldives further add to the charm of this coastal retreat.

A TV show, a movie, and an ad campaign you highly recommend watching.

Recently, I watched ‘The Day of the Jackal’. I think it is a must-watch show; it kept me hooked till the very end.  Available on Apple TV and Jio Cinema, it is all about amazing storytelling with great performances. The plot, which follows a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase, will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the show.
