The Job
The thing I enjoy doing the most is storytelling. Even as a child I used to be a bit of an introvert, but when it came to telling stories, I would transform. Acting and entrepreneurship allow me to do exactly that. Acting and now being a writer, obviously gives me a chance to dive into different stories and characters. But people underestimate how important it is to tell stories effectively as an entrepreneur, especially when you’re trying to disrupt something that’s existed for a long time. You have to communicate what you’re doing and why you’re doing it effectively. I think that’s one of the reasons for our success at Ketto.
The Weekdays
My days depend on my shoots, so they’re always a bit unpredictable. One thing that’s consistent though is my early morning routine. I love starting my day with some yoga and meditation — it sets the tone just right. After that, it’s time to hit the gym. Staying physically and mentally fit is very important to me.
The Weekend
Nothing beats spending quality time with the family. I also love reading. So whenever I have some free time, I catch up on my reading.
The Toys
Vivienne Westwood, the Japanese brand Kapital, and Who Decides War are brands that I really like. They have a sense of individuality and uniqueness that resonates with me. I’ve always had a sense of rebellion, and I like brands and individuals that have a similar sense.
The Logos
My favourite gadget has to be my iPad. It accompanies me wherever I go. Whether I’m watching movies, diving into a good book, or jotting down some thoughts, it pretty much travels with me everywhere. Also my gaming console. I have been into gaming since I was very young, and it’s something that’s stayed with me.
