Early-stage venture capital firm Arkam Ventures has promoted Vishnuhari Pareek as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and elevated Abhishek Mishra to the role of Principal as the firm looks to strengthen its leadership team amid its next phase of growth, according to an official statement.
The appointments, effective from July 2026, come as Arkam Ventures continues to expand its assets under management, grow its investment portfolio, and deepen its engagement with institutional investors.
Pareek joined Arkam Ventures in 2022 as Head of Finance and has since led the firm’s finance, legal, compliance, fund operations, investor reporting, governance and portfolio support functions. During his tenure, he has worked closely with the leadership team on institutional processes, fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, Pareek will continue to oversee these responsibilities while working closely with the investment team and portfolio companies to support the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Before joining Arkam Ventures, Pareek held finance leadership positions at Rivigo and CarDekho. At Rivigo, he was the company’s first finance hire and played a key role in building its finance function during its journey to becoming a unicorn. His responsibilities included equity fundraising, debt financing, treasury operations, statutory governance and financial planning.
Alongside Pareek’s elevation, Arkam Ventures has also promoted Abhishek Mishra to Principal.
Mishra joined the firm in 2022 as Senior Vice President and has since led investments in several startups aligned with Arkam’s core investment themes.
