The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, (IIM-A) will finally get a new director. Professor Ashish Nanda, a Robert Braucher Professor of Practice at the Harvard Law School, would take charge on September 2. Nanda is an alumnus of the 1983 batch of IIM-A and is a gold medalist from IIT-Delhi and IIM-A.

He completed his MA in Economics and PhD from Harvard University and has been teaching at Harvard Business and Harvard Law schools. AM Naik, chairman, board of governors and society, said, ?IIM-A is the premier management institute in India with global recognition.
