As part of its fund raising programme to finance its expansion plan, Hyderabad-based Exensys Software Solutions Ltd, engaged in enterprises space, IT consulting and telecom solutions, is planning to raise $200 million in the next six to nine months.
The company is looking at raising it through both debt and equity.
According to Mohammad Shams Qamar, CEO, the company is in talks with three investment companies, banks, FIIs, PE and existing investors to raise the required amount. Out of the $100 million, about $50 million would be spent on R&D and the rest on the office infrastructure in India.
The company is in talks with the Andhra Pradesh government for setting up a bigger facility to house over 4,000 professionals in the current fiscal. The company has direct presence in 14 countries with an employee base of 1,050.
Meanwhile, the company launched its enterprise business suite, eXensys 4.0. This software is incorporated with functions to enhance and optimize the business processes of companies and align them for faster decision making process. It is service-oriented architecture (SoA) compliant and is scalable to any verticals. Besides multiple business lines can be consolidated in terms of information without any data redundancy.
Targeting a turnover of $40 million through the launch of this product, which is claimed to cost about 40% lesser than its competitors, the company has 45 implementations with 100-odd customers till date. Through this solution, it is focusing more on manufacturing, automotive and retail sector.
