US President Donald Trump is no stranger to controversial photos — from hanging his framed mugshot in the White House to championing the takedown of unflattering paintings of himself from government buildings. But even the POTUS appeared to hit his limit on Tuesday after TIME Magazine used a “super bad” photo of Trump on its cover. The upcoming issue also included a “relatively good story” about the recently brokered Middle East peace deal.

“Time Magazine wrote a relatively good story about me, but the picture may be the Worst of All Time. They “disappeared” my hair, and then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but an extremely small one. Really weird! I never liked taking pictures from underneath angles, but this is a super bad picture, and deserves to be called out. What are they doing, and why?” the President of the United States lamented on Truth Social.

And while the article may have been damned with faint praise, it is a significant improvement from previous remarks he has made about the publication. Trump had earlier taken umbrage at another TIME Magazine photo in February which showed former Department of Government Efficiency chief Elon Musk sitting at the Oval Office’s Resolute Desk

“Is Time magazine still in business? I didn’t even know that,” he had commented at the time.

US President Donald Trump, a self-proclaimed peacemaker who has campaigned for a Nobel Prize, finally got a camera-ready diplomatic victory on Monday as world leaders flew to Egypt for the signing of the ceasefire and hostage-release deal he brokered between Israel and Hamas. Trump also announced the beginning of phase two of his Gaza deal on Tuesday amid a darkening outlook for the ceasefire agreement as Israel delays aid and Hamas tightened its grip on the enclave.
