A video of a man, surrounded by several Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists, including terrorist Hafiz Abdul Rauf, has been doing the rounds on social media. The man is identified as the father of a LeT terrorist who was killed in India’s Operation Sindoor. In the video, he expresses pride in his sons who died carrying out terrorist acts, stating that if he had more sons, he would have sent them too as well to “serve”.

“My two sons were killed. I am proud of them. If I had more sons, I would have sent them all for the same cause [apparently to carry out terrorist activities],” he can be heard saying in the video.

Immediately after his statement, the group surrounding him erupts into chants of “Nara-e-Takbir”, followed by “Allahu Akbar.” These chants are commonly shouted by the terrorists to glorify those killed while carrying out terror acts as so-called martyrs.

The next thing you hear is the crowd chanting “Shi Ullah, Sahi Ullah; Al Jihad, Al Jihad”. This is often used by terrorists to glorify those dastards who were killed during terrorist activities.

The father, who had been standing at the centre of the gathering, is later seen walking away as the chants of “Al Jihad, Al Jihad” continue – a chilling rallying cry for terrorist ideology.

What’s more, the video also shows LeT terrorist, Hafiz Abdul Rauf, the man whom the Pakistani Army tagged as a “local cleric”. He was earlier seen leading a funeral prayer for three terrorists killed in Operation Sindoor. The Pakistani Army attended the funeral prayer.

Another interesting detail to note here is that the Pakistani Army Spokesperson, Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, who held the presser, is the son of terrorist Sultan Bashiruddin Mahmood. Mahmood, 85, was designated a terrorist by the United Nations in 2001. He was also blacklisted by the US as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist, with his known address lisited as the Al-Qaeda Wazir Akbar Khan safe house in Kabul.

However, during a presser by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistani Army shared his national identity card number, confirming his identity as a LeT terrorist. The US Department of the Treasury has designated Hafiz Abdur Rauf, a member of LET’s senior leadership and head of LET’s Falah-i Insaniat Foundation (FIF), as a terrorist in 2010.

Operation Sindoor

On May 7, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor, not against the Pakistani Army but against nine terror hotbeds in Pakistan and PoK. Pakistan then attacked India with drones and missiles, which the Indian Armed Forces neutralised and suffered “minimum collateral damage”. As tensions escalated between the two nations, both countries agreed to a ceasefire – an announcement that the US President Donald Trump made.

“After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a full and immediate ceasefire. Congratulations to both countries on using common sense and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” he wrote on Truth Social.

Following this, the MEA S Jaishankar announced that military action between India and Pakistan has ceased.

“India and Pakistan have today worked out an understanding on the stoppage of firing and military action. India has consistently maintained a firm and uncompromising stance against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. It will continue to do so,” he wrote on X.

PM Modi’s fiery speech to the nation

Operation Sindoor is not just a name—it reflects the emotions of millions of Indians. It is an unwavering pledge to justice. On the night of May 6 and the morning of May 7, the entire world saw this pledge transform into action. India’s armed forces carried out precise strikes on terrorist camps and training centres inside Pakistan. The terrorists never imagined that India could take such a bold decision. But when the nation is united, filled with the spirit of Nation First, and the country is supreme, then decisions made are ironclad—and results are delivered,” the PM said yesterday while addressing the nation.

He added, “When Indian missiles and drones struck terror bases in Pakistan, not only did the terrorist infrastructures crumble, but their morale was shattered too. Terror hubs like Bahawalpur and Muridke have long functioned as universities of global terrorism. Major terror attacks across the world—be it 9/11, the London Tube bombings, or attacks in India over decades—have had links to these very bases. Because terrorists dared to shatter the vermilion of our sisters, India dismantled these terror headquarters.”

The Prime Minister went on to say that India has set a new benchmark in how acts of terrorism should be dealt with and ended his speech with the chants of “Bharat Mata ki Jai”.
