Businessman Anand Mahindra heaped praise upon N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday, lauding him as an “unstoppable force of nature”. The comments came soon after the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister outlined his vision for $1 trillion vision for the state.

“I’ve admired him for decades, not just for his obsession with development but for always pushing innovation in his policies,” Mahindra wrote, adding, “He raises the bar for himself and for everyone around him.”
What did Naidu say?
This praise came after Naidu’s address at the CII Partnership Summit 2025 in Visakhapatnam, where he announced ambitious targets for Andhra Pradesh, including attracting $500 billion in investments over the next three years and creating 5 million jobs.
Naidu detailed measures like automatic escrow accounts to guarantee investors’ payments and even sovereign guarantees to build trust with investors.
“Once you sign the MoU with the AP government, the escrow account will be created automatically,” Naidu was quoted saying by The New Indian Express. “You do not need to approach anyone. If required, we will even give sovereign guarantee”.
Mahindra’s past praise for Naidu
Mahindra has a long history of acknowledging Naidu’s contributions. Earlier this year, Mahindra praised Naidu’s promotion of Araku Coffee, a tribal-grown brand from Andhra Pradesh, celebrating its journey to international recognition.
Mahindra noted, “Every Araku cafe has a map of the coffee-growing region depicted…The packaging is inspired by the colourful attire of the tribals and the varied colours of India.”
Naidu responded warmly, saying, “One cup at a time! From the lush Araku Valley to the heart of Paris, it’s inspiring to see this truly Made-in-AP product earning the global recognition it deserves”.
Earlier this year, Naidu also thanked Mahindra for highlighting Andhra Pradesh’s tourism potential, sharing, “The only ‘ism’ for the future is tourism it brings people together, connects cultures, creates livelihoods, and drives growth with purpose.
