Contrary to the rumours circulating online and the ruckus created after the viral moment consumed netizens on the Internet, a source close to the ex-chief people officer has now slammed claims of a budding “affair” between the unlikely pair.
No affair between Astronomer’s Andy Byron, Kristin Cabot?
A People report dated September 23 (US time) quote an unspecified acquaintance of Cabot’s, saying that there was no affair between Kristin and Andy. Even though their infamous back hug moment was caught on cam at the Coldplay concert in July, the source insisted they merely “had an excellent working relationship, a great friendship.”

On the flip side, another source recently spilled to The Times that Andrew was actually at the same Coldplay concert as the viral moment unfolded. He was apparently out on his own date with a woman at the time. Claiming that while Kristian and Andrew had been living apart for several weeks before the incident. they were amicable.
