Netizens are divided over the tweet with some even questioning if marriages are always about money. A user noted, “Boys don’t care about the wife’s money. They just want a good wife who will respect him and his family. Any boy will anyday choose a simple 0 earning woman over a woman earning 15 LPA but arrogant woman who doesn’t respect his family.”
Another claimed, “Marriage is a much broader concept than only monetary packages. While to agree that an independent woman will always have an advantage to be not dependent on someone else. But the higher you climb professionally the more watchful you have to be in your personal lives.”
