The Indian Air Force (IAF) is celebrating 93 years of guarding the Indian skies from outside threats as it observed the IAF day with zeal, patriotism and delicious cuisine. Meanwhile, more than IAF’s showbiz in the skies, its purported menu is going viral, through which the forces have roasted the neighbouring country – Pakistan.
Rawalpindi Chicken Tikka Masala, Bholari Paneer Methi Malai, and Balakot India changed its strategy after Balakot, increased aerial attack system: CDS Chauhan on Op Sindoor – VideoTiramisu were the dishes served to the officers and other dignitaries on Air Force day. The menu takes a jibe at Pakistan while boasting at the same time about Indian forces’ might and success strikes during Operation Sindoor in May this year.
What all dishes does the menu have?
The menu is seen to have seven main course items and three deserts. The main course items included Bahawalpur Naan and Rawalpindi Chicken tikka masala, places which the IAF struck during its operation. On the other hand, Balakot, Muzaffarabad and Muridke were served as desserts.
The other names were Rafiqui Rhara Mutton, Sukkur Sham Savera Kofta, Sargodha Dal Makhani – the three airbases in Pakistan that IAF destroyed during Operation Sindoor.
The menu mocked the damage inflicted on Islamabad – from hitting the Bholari airbase to obliterating Lashkar terror camps in Muridke. However, Financialexpress.com cannot verify the authenticity of the viral posts.
IAF’s 93 years
Reports say that during the preparation of IAF Day, two aircraft — a Lockheed Martin C-130J and an Antonov An-32 — were spotted in the skies making call signs ‘Rafiqui’ and ‘Shehbaz.’
India had targeted terror bases camps killing over hundred top terrorists in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Indian Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh recently said forces took down 4-5 fighter jets of Pakistan, which included US-made F-16 and JF-17.
