IPL 2025 Points Table, Orange Cap, Purple Cap: Mumbai Indians (MI) thrashed Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and secured a comprehensive win by 7 wickets. It’s their fourth consecutive win this season. This turn of events has taken MI to the 3rd spot in the points table, whereas SRH solidified its spot in the ninth rank in the points table. The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) both have won only two matches and stand in seventh and eighth spots, respectively putting their playoffs future on thin ice.
IPL 2025 Orange Cap standings: Leading the orange cap race, Sai Sudarshan has 417 runs this season and follows him, Nicholas Pooran with 377 and then comes MI’s superstar Surya Kumar Yadav with 373 runs, on the fourth position there’s Jos Buttler and following him in the fifth spot, there’s Mitch Marsh with 344 runs.
IPL Purple cap standings: As far as the Purple cap is concerned, there are a few changes in the list, but the leading bowler remains the same, which is Prasidh Krishna from Gujarat Titans with 16 wickets, then from the same franchise Sai Kishore has closed in with 12 wickets and in the third position we can find Noor Ahmed with 12 wickets.
