Tere Ishk Mein Movie Twitter Review: After a dismal performance of some of the recent Bollywood releases, all eyes are on Anand L Rai’s latest release Tere Ishq Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon in lead. The director of Raanjhana and Tanu Weds Manu fame returns with yet another intense love story, and going by the early reviews, the film is set to re-create the magic of his earlier hits. The sizzling chemistry of the lead pair, combined with the emotional moments of the ‘soulful love story’ is already receiving rave reviews on X.

Best romantic love story
Hailing the film as one of the best romantic films of the year, a user raved about the all consuming romance that “heals, hurts, and changes them.”
“Climax is the soul of the movie. Dhanush and Kriti Sanon gave career-best performances. They both deserve awards for this crazy ride! Go for it,” another said.
Many people have posted their reviews after watching the first half of the film. “A usual rugged boy falls for an ambitious girl, but an aggressive #Dhanush and a flamboyant #KritiSanon, along with excellent music by A.R. Rahman, make the first half enjoyable. Good interval block. All eyes on the second half,” a review read.

Anand L Rai’s subtlety stands out
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted a brief review of the film on his X handle. According to Adarsh, the director has done justice to his forte and the emotional intensity in the movie is praiseworthy.
“Director #AanandLRai, known for exploring complex human relationships, returns to his favourite turf – love, longing, and the chaos it unleashes – but with far greater intensity this time,” he wrote.
“What stands out is Rai’s subtlety… He refuses to go overdramatic or loud, a mark of a mature storyteller… Even in the tense, conflict-driven sequences, he stays restrained and never crosses the line,” he added.
Performances make the film ‘paisa vasool’
Netizens have also fallen in love with the lead pair’s performances, so much so that they are calling it a ‘paisa vasool’, thanks to the intense and touching portrayals of Dhanush and Kriti.

“Dhanush is phenomenal… He delivers a powerhouse performance, internalising pain, anger, and unfiltered love with brilliance… His transformation – from an ordinary young man to someone consumed by overpowering emotion – is one of the film’s biggest strengths,” wrote Adarsh on X.
Kriti Sanon too nailed her role and many say it’s her career-best performance. This doesn’t come as a surprise looking at Sonam and Kangana’s performances in the director’s earlier hits Raanjhana and Tanu Weds Manu respectively.
