Tere Ishk Mein Box Office Collection Day 6:Dhanush is back in Bollywood in a big way, starring opposite National Award–winner Kriti Sanon in Tere Ishk Mein, his most significant Hindi release since Raanjhanaa nearly ten years ago. Set against the soulful ghats of Benaras, the film explores the fiery romance between Shankar and Mukti, woven around the much-talked-about UPSC pursuit, a theme audiences clearly can’t get enough of.

Reuniting with director Aanand L. Rai and backed by AR Rahman’s music, the film marks the return of grand romantic musicals to the big screen. After Metro…In Dino’s disappointing run, this one has put some much-needed spark back into theatres.

Tere Ishk Mein collection: box office update day 6

Industry tracker Sacnilk reports a strong opening at Rs 16 crore, giving November’s dry spell a welcome refresh. The momentum continued through the weekend, with Rs 17 crore on Saturday and Rs 19 crore on Sunday, bringing the three-day total to Rs 52 crore.

Monday saw the usual drop, around 53%, with earnings of Rs 8.75 crore. But the film bounced back on Tuesday, once again crossing the Rs 10 crore line. Already past the Rs 50 crore milestone within days, Tere Ishk Mein is currently charging full speed toward the Rs 100 crore mark. After day 6, the Kriti Sanon-Dhanush headliner grossed Rs 6.75 crore, taking the overall turnover beyond the Rs 76.75 crore. The worldwide box office collection has officially soared past the Rs 90 crore mark.

Tere Ishk Mein occupancy numbers

There was a mid-week slump in occupancy rates as Tere Ishk Mein filled an overall 12.84% seats. While night shows dominated, they could not manage to touch the 20% mark. With over 2000 shows in Mumbai and Delhi, the occupancy rate only hovered above 13%. With over 100 shows each in the cities, Chandigarh, Surat, and Kolkata remained below 10 per cent.

On the other hand, Tere Ishk Mein in Tamil garnered a higher response on Wednesday. The overall occupancy of 14.62% came from Chennai, Madurai, and Pondicherry.
