The nominees for the 2025 Oscars have officially been announced. The 97th Academy Award nominations were revealed live on Thursday, January 23, by Bowen Yang and Rachel Sennott from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater. (The announcement had been delayed from its original January 17 date due to the Los Angeles wildfires.)
Leading the nominations is Emilia Pérez, with a record-breaking 13 nominations, making it the most-nominated non-English language film in Oscar history. Trailing closely are Wicked and The Brutalist, each receiving 10 nominations. Conan O’Brien is set to host the Oscars, which will be broadcast live from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood on Sunday, March 2, at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and Hulu.
