As the final season of the Stranger Things franchise rolls out this month, the world premieres have officially begun. Amid this excitement, several reports claimed that actress and entrepreneur Millie Bobby Brown had accused co-star David Harbour of bullying and harassing her before the filming of Stranger Things Season 5.
However, visuals from the official Netflix social media page tell another story. They recently shared a four-second clip showing the stars sharing a warm embrace on the red carpet, in front of fans and flashing cameras at the Stranger Things Season 5 premiere. Since it is the last and final season of the entire saga, the OTT platform captioned the video, “David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown arrive together for one last Stranger Things premiere.”
‘So they aren’t beefing?’
The four-second clip left netizens with a range of different emotions. From confusion to relief, the Stranger Things fans were relieved that ‘the rumours were fake’. ‘They looked perfectly fine,’ remarked another. Keeping the excitement alive and recalling the bond that their characters share on screen, a user commented, “Eleven & Hopper back where it all began – full circle moment.” “They shut down the Daily Mail rumours and how,” added a relieved fan in the comments.
This also comes after the Duffer Brothers, the makers of Stranger Things, have released the first 5 minutes of the final season. Taking the fans back to 1983, it is a chilling journey back to the town of Hawkins. The first episode, titled ‘The Crawl’, has not only increased the anticipation but also gives a refresher course into the eerie setup of Stranger Things.
