Actor Parvin Dabas, best known for his role in the film Khosla Ka Ghosla, is currently in the intensive care unit (ICU) at Holy Family Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai, following a road accident that occurred early Saturday morning.
According to The Indian Express, his wife, actress Preeti Jhangiani, is by his side as doctors have completed all necessary tests.
A statement from the Pro Panja League, which Dabas co-founded, expressed regret over the incident, confirming that he is receiving medical care. The statement mentioned that details are still emerging and that the League is closely monitoring the situation, with updates to follow.
“We regret to inform that Parvin Dabas, co-founder of the Pro Panja League, has been hospitalised and is in the ICU at Holy family hospital Bandra following an unfortunate car accident in the early hours of Saturday morning. We can confirm that Dabas is currently receiving medical attention. Our thoughts are with Parvin and his family during this challenging time. The Pro Panja League management is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as appropriate,” the statement reads.
Parvin Dabas has had a diverse career, with notable performances in films such as Monsoon Wedding, Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara, Ragini MMS 2, and the Amazon Prime series Made in Heaven. He has also appeared in several television programs like Sarabhai Vs. Sarabhai and Hostages. Dabas is married to actress Preeti Jhangiani, and the couple has two children.
