Dilwale box office collections have crossed yet another milestone to enter the Rs 100 crore club based soley on the film’s overseas collections. While Dilwale has been doing very well indeed in India, its overseas performance is indeed laudable – this is a rarity of sorts and is seldom seen in Bollywood – however, as far as SRK fans are concerned, this figure has not created any records either.
Dilwale has continued its superb run in the overseas markets and has collected approx. $16.75 mn (Rs 110.83 cr) at the close of its second weekend with U.A.E. + G.C.C. alone contributing $6.3 mn.
What this shows is that Shah Rukh Khan’s fan following abroad is virtually as big as in India and will always go a long way in fattening up the overall earnings of all the superstar’s movies.
