Dharmendra Health Latest Updates: Esha Deol, daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, has dismissed reports of her father’s demise. Taking to X, she clarified that the veteran actor is stable.
“The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for Papa’s speedy recovery,” she wrote.
Esha’s social media post puts to rest speculations about the veteran actor’s passing away. The speculations about the actor’s demise were fuelled by social media tributes posted by several noted personalities.
Why Dharmendra was hospitalised
The actor, was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on October 31 for a routine checkup, according to reports. On Monday, reports about him being on ventilator support started doing the rounds. However, Hema Malini in a late evening X post clarified that the actor is stable and under observation.
“I thank everyone for their concern about Dharam ji who is in hospital for observation. He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him.🙏 I request you all to pray for his welfare and speedy recovery,” the actress wrote.

Dharmendra complained of breathlessness prior to his hospitalisation few days back. Earlier, his team shared he was hospitalised for routine checkups and prolonged his stay at the hospital to get all the tests done at one go instead of travelling back and forth every day.
