Baaghi 4 advance booking: Tiger Shroff’s action-packed Baaghi 4 is all set to hit theatres tomorrow, September 5. Directed by A Harsha, Baaghi 4 marks the return of Tiger Shroff as Ronnie, joined by Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Sonam Bajwa in main roles. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is packed with thrilling action, stunts, and intense drama.

However, the advance booking numbers suggest a slower-than-expected start for the action thriller. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, by 1 pm on Thursday less than 12 hours before advance bookings closed Baaghi 4 had sold just 1.27 lakh tickets across India. This means the film may earn around Rs 3 crore on its opening day, with only about 4-7 per cent of seats filled in most big cities.

Trade sources say that even overseas bookings are sluggish, with many audiences waiting for a strong word of mouth before buying tickets. Given that Baaghi 4 is a violent action thriller and part of a legacy franchise, it was expected to generate big at box office on the opening weekend. A slow start could affect the film’s momentum over the weekdays, which is crucial for box office success.

Baaghi 4 vs Coolie and War 2

The pre-sale performance of Baaghi 4 is way behind other recent releases. For instance, War 2, another action sequel, had raked in Rs 20 crore in pre-sales for its opening day. While that film still underperformed eventually, the slow start for Baaghi 4 could be concerning for producers and fans.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth’s Coolie performed exceptionally well in pre-sales, crossing Rs 100 crore for its opening weekend. On its opening day, it sold over 12 lakh tickets across India, grossing Rs 27.01 crore, with Tamil Nadu contributing Rs 11.97 crore alone.

What to expect from Baaghi 4

Despite the slow pre-sales, fans of the Baaghi franchise can look forward to intense action sequences and the signature stunts Tiger Shroff is known for. Baaghi 4 also introduces new faces like Harnaaz Sandhu, making her Bollywood debut alongside action star Tiger. With Sanjay Dutt playing a pivotal role, the film adds both star power and dramatic weight to the storyline.

Other supporting actors include Shreyas Talpade, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Upendra Limaye, who add depth to the narrative. Baaghi 4 releases in theatres nationwide on September 5, and the anticipation among fans is still high despite low advance bookings.
